Toloa scholarship recipient tells story

For Fuli Fuli, a recipient of the Ministry for Pacific Peoples 2016 Toloa tertiary scholarship, this could not have come at a better time. The Ministry for Pacific Peoples have eight Toloa tertiary scholarships on offer, each valued up to $25,000, available for Pacific students wanting to pursue studies in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) subjects.
