Central Region staff now based closer to Pacific communities
Our Central Region advisors have moved to a new home in Hutt City to give them easier access to the region’s largest Pacific community in Porirua.
The team of four moved from our central city head office in February and have taken up residence at the Te Puni Kokiri (TPK) offices in central Lower Hutt.
Working in close proximity to TPK, as well as Department of Internal Affairs staff based at the office, offers greater opportunities to collaborate with other agencies.
Their new office places them closer to Pacific communities in Hutt City and Porirua.
The Central Region Advisors are the eyes and ears for the Ministry bringing us important first-hand information about the needs of Pacific communities.
